— WHY —
the world needs more problem solvers
We are all connected. Connected in our personal lives. Connected in our business lives. Connected to people we went to school with. Connected with people we are in school with now. Connected to the local barista that makes our morning coffee. Connected to the petrol station attendant for a quick two minute conversation with while we fill our tanks. All of these connections have lost one vital component through the years. The ability to troubleshoot. The ability to problem solve.
With all the gadgets and software of today, we can search for information with ease. However, the connection between the answer and how we get to that point is getting lost in the process.
A very simple case in point.
“Our daughter, who is 12, who’s been on her iPad for 2 hours, has a watch on her arm, walks into the kitchen, where there is a clock on the wall, on the microwave and on the oven, and asks me, ‘Hey Dad, what time is it?’”
That’s a problem.
